Background

Hello, my name is Johanna Kasperski, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), founder of White Orchid Counseling, and a dedicated Pageant Mental Health Coach. With a background in both mental health and competitive pageantry, I offer a unique blend of clinical expertise and lived experience to support individuals navigating the emotional complexities of the pageant world.

As someone who has personally felt the intense pressure to perform, the pursuit of perfection, and the whirlwind of emotions tied to competition, I bring deep empathy to my coaching. I understand the silent weight that often comes with the crown—and I’m passionate about helping others carry it with strength and grace.

My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and personalized. Through a combination of somatic counseling, EMDR, mindfulness, and strength-based strategies, I help clients manage anxiety, perfectionism, identity struggles, and burnout. As a certified Reiki practitioner, I also offer energy healing techniques that support emotional balance and grounding—especially helpful during high-stress performance seasons.

Pageant Mental Health Coaching isn’t just about preparing for the stage; it’s about staying emotionally grounded beyond it. Whether you’re preparing for your next competition or unpacking the impact of past experiences, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can process, heal, and grow.

I’m here to walk with you as you build confidence, reclaim your self-worth, and reconnect with your authentic voice—so you can shine not just on stage, but in life.

From launching her own pageant-focused fashion business to serving as Senior Partner at a leading executive career firm, she’s worked at the intersection of style, self-development, and success. As President of the global nonprofit You Gotta Have Faith, she’s also deeply committed to helping others heal and grow. Her approach to coaching is empowering, personalized, and purpose-driven.
