Nicole Zalewski
Clinical intern
Background
Hello, my name is Nicole Zalewski, and I am a Certified Professional Life Coach and Clinical Intern specializing in emotional regulation, self-confidence, and social development for children and early teens. Growing up presents many challenges—whether it’s managing big emotions, navigating friendships, or overcoming social difficulties. Many children, particularly those who are neurodivergent or facing life transitions, struggle with self-doubt, behavioral challenges, and emotional well-being.
I provide a safe, supportive space where children feel seen, valued, and empowered. My approach is warm, interactive, and creative, blending structured coaching techniques, positive psychology, and art-based interventions to help young clients build emotional resilience and confidence. Through engaging activities and practical strategies, I support children in developing self-regulation skills, improving social interactions, and fostering self-awareness.
As a Certified Life Coach and Clinical Intern, I specialize in evidence-based strategies that support neurodivergent children and those experiencing social challenges. My experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), working closely with children on the autism spectrum, has deepened my understanding of their unique needs and strengthened my ability to cultivate patience, resilience, and emotional well-being.
I am passionate about helping children and teens thrive by integrating positive psychology, creative interventions, and life coaching techniques. Whether they are struggling with life transitions, social pressures, or emotional difficulties, I am committed to guiding them toward greater confidence, self-expression, and personal growth.
*Nicole is fluent in Polish and can provide counseling in both English and Polish.*
